Background and Objectives: Early evaluation of risk factors menopause symptoms consequences. Long-term osteoporosis complications prevention. The Singh index is a cheap, straightforward approach that used measure depending on the radiological aspect proximal femur's trabecular bone over an AP radiograph. Osteoporosis graded by singh index.Methods: 52 postmenopausal women who were randomly chosen from Gynecology OPD at Kamineni Institute Medical Sciences in Narketpally participated current study. Women went to gynaecology included. having confirmed case endometrial cancer, endometriosis, genital breast or history fractures not included.Results: Average women's age was 64. Mean menopausal 49.71 years. 69% (n=52) study group had using Singh's index. Of 36 osteoporotic patients, 41.6% are grade 2 58.33% 3. None patients singh’s 1.Utilizing singh's index, years correlate with grades. Menopausal symptoms. Symptomatic make about 55% total. Backache reported 60% participants. Over 50% complain musculoskeletal issues, suggesting they have loss following menopause.Conclusion: An X-ray for grading together questionnaires analyse high-risk cases can be start toward early screening those stand benefit these preventative measures.
